Career 1.0

Not every web developer starts by tracking lizards and birds, but that’s exactly where my journey began. I was a wildlife biologist until my brother’s terminal cancer brought me back home to Doylestown.

Wildlife biology jobs here? Pretty much impossible.

Career 2.0

That’s when I teamed up with my dad, who had started building websites (he built the world’s first website about barcodes!). I quickly fell in love with the creativity, problem-solving, and helping small businesses thrive online.

That was over 25 years ago.

I was lucky to build Mikula Web Solutions alongside my dad for many years. He’s since (mostly) retired (and created a killer train display in his basement).

Today, I carry on the business with an all-women team of talented partners I’ve known and trusted for years.

Together, we create websites that do more than look good. They work behind the scenes to help businesses grow, save time, and make life easier.
